Shipping & Return Policies

Shenanigans is responsible for preparing and handing your order to the shipping carrier. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timing, delays, loss, or damage during transit are the responsibility of the carrier.

If a shipment issue occurs, we will gladly assist customers in filing claims or locating packages whenever possible.

We gladly accept returns of product within 60 days of purchase. Returns with a receipt or order confirmation are eligible for a refund. Returns with a gift receipt or no receipt are eligible for store credit only. All items must be in the undamaged, original packaging and in perfect re-sellable condition.

All returns are subject to manager approval.

Seasonal/holiday items are not returnable.

The cost for shipping returns are the responsibility of the customer.
